Hard to configure and get lined up properlySo, we purchased these as we can not get internet at our home, but our parents can get it about 3km up the road from us. (wireless line of sight). They are a little hard to get configured, and because ours are so far apart they are very hard to get set so they are lined up to see each other. We seem to have to reboot them all the time, and not it appears the one at our parents is not working at all. We have ordered another one, hoping this will solve the problem but if not, we are out a lot of time and money. Not sure we can even return the one that is possibly defective now at this point as we have had it for over 6 months. – If the replacement unit does not work we will be going with another brand for sure.

Amazing!I bought this 6 months ago, hooked it up and have had no problems at all. My link is approximately 1.5kms. The feed is 1gbps and I get 250mbps at the far end. I have never had to reboot/reset the antenna’s. The admin website allows you to see the link in real-time. It took 2 trips between the antenna’ s to get everything aligned properly. We have gamers at the far end and they are all happy with the latency. Check out a youtube video for initial setup if you haven’t done it before.

Well engineered radios, easy to setup.Simple to assemble, easy to mount. We purchased two of these and pointed them at each other.Download the app from your smartphone store and connect. Configuration was easy, set one end as the access point, and the other as a station. Bandwidth speeds are 300mbps, signal -43dbm.We are very pleased with these radios, we previous had engenius radios for this wifi bridge, and after the 4th one died we switched to ubiquiti. Half the price and easier to configure.Highly recommended.

Great productDidn’t understand the tech part of it but I have a friend that is great with this sort of setup. He works at a communications store and this is the product that they install. Commercial quality and I’ve been using mine for the last 8 months and I have had no problems so far and trust the connection. Never failed that I’m aware of, and provides decent speeds. Not the same as being right next to the main router, but any time I add connections and change how I transfer data I expect a little drop in speeds.

Great companyThis product turned out to be the wrong item. When returning it I sent it to the wrong place and the people did everything they could and retrieved the item. Not only that they honoured the refund even though the time limit had passed.
